Children’s Birthdays are very important to them, and we enjoy recognizing them at Capital Montessori. Instead of bringing cupcakes or other sugary treats, we have another tradition to make your child feel special without the sugar high. Your child can donate a book of their choice to the class. It can be wrapped up, and your child can unwrap it in front of the class. After opening it, the teacher will then read the new story to the class. You may also write inside the front cover to acknowledge the special occasion.
